The goal of Trailways Personal Care is to provide full wraparound services ranging from housing to professional development. Every service we offer is tailored to each specific client. We intend to fulfill this mission by purchasing residential units, and partnering with adult daycares, food service, and medical transportation units.
Providing housing safe havens for our patients is paramount to the success of Trailways Personal Care. We aim to provide a multitude of services including mental health services, medical (internal meds/primary care, therapy, behavioral health), and medical transportation for disenfranchised individuals. By offering personal care initiatives with an added dimension of adult day care, the goal is to reintroduce the clients to independent living and managed care.
